Program Manager (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in project planning tracking time management quality management scope management risk management Java / J2EE Oracle UNIX cost and budget management and stakeholder management. Experience in Cards and Payments domain is mandatory and experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. The work model is hybrid with day shifts.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expertise in project planning tracking and time management to optimize project efficiency.
• Manage project quality by implementing best practices and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure project scope is clearly defined and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Manage project costs and budgets ensuring financial targets are met.
• Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Act as a Scrum Master facilitating Agile processes and removing obstacles for the team.
• Oversee project budgeting and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
• Utilize Agile PLM and MS Project for effective project planning and execution.
• Ensure projects in the Cards and Payments domain are delivered successfully.
• Collaborate with teams to drive project success and achieve company objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Ensure projects contribute to the companys purpose and have a positive impact on society.

• Must have extensive experience in project planning tracking and time management.
• 15+ years of experience as Program Manager
• Must have expertise in project quality management and scope management.
• Must have strong skills in project risk management and cost and budget management.
• Must have experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Must have experience in project stakeholder management and acting as a Scrum Master.
• Must have experience in project budgeting and invoicing.
• Must be proficient in Agile PLM and MS Project.
• Must have domain experience in Cards and Payments.
• Nice to have domain experience in Asset and Wealth Management.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Must be able to work day shifts with no travel required.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

The annual salary for this position is between $113,459- $195,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
