The Head of Change Management is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of organizational change initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, and culture shifts across the organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to identify change needs, design change management plans, communicate effectively to stakeholders and manage resistance to change, ultimately driving employee adoption and organizational effectiveness. The Head of Change Management position sits as a pillar within the Transformation Office, working closely with the other segments on the team - Program Management, Process Improvement, Transformation as a Service and Business Relationship Management. Estimated base pay range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000 USD/Annually The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
