The Head of Change Management is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of organizational change initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, and culture shifts across the organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to identify change needs, design change management plans, communicate effectively to stakeholders and manage resistance to change, ultimately driving employee adoption and organizational effectiveness. The Head of Change Management position sits as a pillar within the Transformation Office, working closely with the other segments on the team - Program Management, Process Improvement, Transformation as a Service and Business Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities and develop change management plans aligned with organizational goals.

    • Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to understand the potential effects of change on various departments and employees.

    • Enhance current change management framework, including methodologies, tools, and templates to guide change initiatives.

  • Change Management Execution:

    • Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies for major organizational transformations, including new systems, processes, or cultural shifts.

    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, meetings, and communication channels to build consensus and support for change at all levels - executive team to individual employee base.

    • Develop targeted communication plans to effectively inform employees about upcoming changes, address concerns, and provide regular updates.

  • Leadership and Coaching:

    • Build and lead a team of change management professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.

    • Empower project teams to integrate change management principles into their project plans.

    • Collaborate with managers to equip them with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage change within their teams.

  • Resistance Management:

    • Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to proactively address and mitigate concerns.

    • Facilitate open dialogue with employees to understand their perspectives and address resistance effectively.

    • Develop targeted interventions to support individuals impacted by change, including coaching and training programs.

  • Measurement and Evaluation:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives.

    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of change and identify areas for improvement.

    • Report on change management progress and success metrics to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of business experience, with significant portion of that leading large, cross-functional Program Management Offices (PMO) and/or Integration Management Offices (IMO).

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives within a complex organization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field.

  • Experience in leading change management within a global organization.

  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing change management teams.

  • Telecommunication background and operational leadership experience a plus.

Estimated base pay range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000 USD/Annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
