Teksystems has a client in the Anderson, SC area that needs to add a Network Administrator to their team. The role is slated as a 12+ month contract and will be 100% on-site. The client is looking to add a Network Analyst to help monitor, test, maintain and repair Network/Infrastructure elements for their IT Department. They are hoping this person can come in and help be a mentor for less tenured employees. This is a long term opportunity that will continue to renew year over year with successful consultant performance. On a day to day basis, here are some of the responsibilities that this person will be tasked with: 1. Monitor the network, server, and application elements, resolves incidents and service requests and/or consults with the subject matter expert team for incident resolution. applies state-of-the-art technology to meet and improve the network control center. 2. Control network and system processing. responds to customer inquiries and alerts via emails, incoming calls, and walk-ins. conducts routine inspections on equipment and reports any abnormalities. other operational duties as assigned such as meetings, project work, administration and facilities requirements. 3. Configure network and system resources, and maintain corresponding system records and documentation. provides Tier II support. If you are interested in more details please don't hesitate to respond.
