Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 3 years of data analysis and manipulation OR 8 years of data analysis and manipulation.
* 2+ years experience in SQL or VBA
* Experience with relational database concepts, and the creation of queries and reports using SQL or reporting tools.
* Analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills.
* Experience working or on multiple projects simultaneously both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication and people skills.
* Experience developing reports using software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, PowerBI or Tableau.
* Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
* Schedule driven and focused on best quality data delivery with keen eye for details.
* Project management and leadership skills.
* Organized and methodical with good time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a team player.
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Healthcare Industry experience.
* Exposure to SalesForce
