At Selective, we don't just insure uniquely, we employ uniqueness. Overview Selective Insurance is seeking a Paralegal/Sr. Paralegal to support our Litigation Management Unit. This position will be a hybrid position located in the Branchville, NJ or Charlotte, NC office. In this role, you will be a member of a team of legal professionals dedicated to the development, implementation and maintenance of protocols, processes and performance related to legal services providers and other litigation vendors. The Litigation Management Unit supports Selective's Claims organization across all lines of business and actively seeks to efficiently develop and maintain relationships with legal services partners with a distinctively high degree of quality to resolve legal and business challenges effectively and cost efficiently. You will work with outside law firms and internal Selective business units in furtherance of this mission. All paralegal work is self-generated without administrative staff support. Responsibilities

Additional details about our total rewards package will be provided during the recruiting process. Pay Range USD $54,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
