Business Systems Consultant (Remote)

The Business Systems Consultant will be responsible for successful technical consulting and delivery of the SAP Incentive Management solution through active technical consulting, solution design, and technical delivery oversight. The associate will transform business requirements into viable technical solutions using established design patterns. This role requires extensive experience in development and support of SAP Incentive Management solutions, including incentive plan configuration, reporting, data integration, and workflow. It requires the ability to interact with business stakeholders and the internal implementation team to effectively implement the SAP Incentive Management solution and improve the end user capabilities and experience.

• Provides application software configuration services or technical support for existing and new bank incentive plan implementations.
• Develops program logic for new incentive plan implementations or analyzes and modifies logic in existing incentive plan implementations.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements, and maintains incentive plan implementations and processes to support the administration and payment of incentives.
• Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests, and integrates incentive plan components
• Ensures that system enhancements are successfully implemented.
• Solves complex problems. Takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Works independently. Receives minimal guidance.

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Information Technology OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Information Technology

Additional Requirements:

• Extensive experience in development and support of SAP Incentive Management solutions, or comparable Incentive Management Software
• SQL for custom data solutions and research
• Reporting-ability to create custom reporting in Crystal
• Workflow-ability to create or modify existing workflows
• SAP Analytics-working knowledge of the Analytics reporting solution

If hired in MD, the base pay for this position is generally between $152,820 and $203,760. If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $146,220 and $194,960. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
