Business Systems Analyst III

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Source, compile, and interpret data. Analyze data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output. Determine system requirements and communicate them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identify issues that affect system processes, and assist in correcting the issues. Ensure compliance through testing and analysis. Produce advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identify patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, developing process enhancements based on analysis results. Provide expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implement recommended modifications and enhancements. Serve as an analytics resource to the wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus four (4) years in the job offered or four (4) years as a Systems Support Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Support, or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a Systems Support Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Support, or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years of experience in the job offered or twelve (12) years of experience as Systems Support Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Support or a related occupation

Requires experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. Requires IAM-related data analysis experience. Requires experience in Powershell, Python, SQL, or similar scripting language. Requires experience with reporting tools including: MS PowerPoint, SSRS, and Tableau. Requires experience with Identity and Access Management tools including: SailPoint and CyberArk. Requires knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI, GDPR, GLBA, or other similar regulatory compliance requirements. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

The base pay for this position is generally between $143,788 to $169,236 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
