Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Consultant to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:


  • Performing analyses on hardware, software, and network capabilities
  • Consulting with management and other departments as required
  • Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions
  • Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based portals (Dealer Admin, Alarmnet360, Porthos, Envysion, Solink and Orchid Hybrid VMS)
  • Documenting processes and monitoring system performance metrics
  • Implementing the latest technological advancements and solutions
  • Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting with techs (Install & Service Work Orders)
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
  • Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options


Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication, analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and project timelines
  • Accurately identify client issues and communicate clear explanations and suggested actions to the project team


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Technical background
  • Experience in Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams
  • Experience and preferred certification in Honeywell, Bosch, DMP, Pro Watch and March NVR's and Software, Enyvision, CCTV (IP & Analog) Solink, Orchid, IP Config


Salary Range: $65k - $75k
