We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation analysis, market research, data management, and benefit administration. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in human resources, analytics, and a desire to learn about Total Rewards strategies.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Assist in conducting market research to analyze compensation trends and benchmarks.
  • Support the Total Rewards team in preparing and maintaining compensation reports.
  • Help collect and analyze data related to employee compensation, including base salary, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Participate in the review and evaluation of job descriptions to ensure alignment with compensation structures.
  • Support the Total Rewards team with various benefit administration projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organization of Total Rewards documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving Total Rewards processes and practices.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills which you will use during your internship.
* Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships.
* Self-Starter that takes the initiative to ask questions.
* Ability to apply knowledge learned in classroom to work.
* Ability to be discreet in sensitive matters and information
Education Requirement
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree
