Primary duty Responsible for effectively handling phone calls in support of LifeView Group employees primarily call to enroll themselves and/or their families in employee benefit plans. Explain benefit plan offerings and educate employees on each plan in order to assess their benefits elections for completeness and accuracy. Review their elections and their cost, if any, for their selected benefit offerings. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the organization to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and timely.
