Educator I is responsible for delivering learning experiences to build skills and competencies across the Credits department. They will be responsible for delivering role-based training for new hires, supporting learning programs, participating in instructional design, and coordinating training/onboarding activities. This position will work collaboratively with teammates, project partners, and leaders to develop, test, and maintain training courses, materials, and tools to improve the efficiency of business operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overall:
    • Delivering engaging and effective informal & formal learning solutions; preparing training for both in-person and remote solutions
    • Participate in training projects and activities while using learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact
    • Assist in the design and development of informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods such as training curriculum creation, one-on-one training and group training sessions
    • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of business processes and system navigation to support trainee learning
    • Assist with onboarding of new teammates
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support learning programs & evaluates learning impact:
    • Prioritizes and implements training projects and activities with assistance from Supervisor
    • Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of current coursework and to determine if amendments are required
    • Coordinates with leadership, program sponsors and other resources
    • Maintains the Curriculum Plan
    • Partners with Supervisor to collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Training Delivery- deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective
    • Prepares for training delivery for in-person and remote training solutions with minimal supervision
    • Delivers training using various learning methodologies with minimal supervision
    • Design, write, edit, and develop audience-appropriate, clear and concise training materials and tools
    • Support leadership in project calls with SMEs and project stakeholders
    • Perform quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed
    • Modify existing instructional materials
    • Promote collaboration, partnerships and relationships among the participants in a project
    • Ability to perform well and remain organized under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled
    • Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with a self-starter approach
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written).

Salary/ Wage Range

$20.00-$30.50 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
