Position Summary:
Looking for a passionate educator and mentor with expertise in industrial management, project management, and supply chain operations to guide students in renewable energy education. This role focuses on mentoring, and developing industry-relevant course content, ensuring students gain hands-on experience and career readiness in the renewable energy sector.

Essential Functions:
-Guide students in industry projects, and career development.
-Guide and mentor students in project management, supply chain management, entrepreneurship in renewable energy industry.
-Connect students with internships, job placements, and industry leaders.
-Supervise student-led sustainability ideas and renewable energy initiatives.
-Organize guest lectures, and industry collaborations.
-Provide one-on-one coaching, skill-building sessions, and career pathway guidance.

Prerequisite Qualifications:
-Master's in Industrial Management, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
-Strong industry connections and the ability to guide students toward practical applications.
-At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in student engagement, and career coaching, expertise in Supply chain and project management.
-Industrial management graduate student expertise in Strategic leadership, industry mentoring, and career development in the
renewable energy sector.
