Overview FamiliesFirst Network of Lakeview (FFN) provides foster care, adoption and child welfare services in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. Position Summary This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day handling of scanning and validating case/provider file documentation in the electronic record system, maintaining compliance of accurate documentation, management and organization of original vital records, and administrative customer support for the respective site. Assignments/tasks are expected to be executed with considerable independence while maintaining confidentiality with established facility policies and procedures.
