Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Service Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:
The senior service technician position is the core role in the service department. This position is critical to the success of the department and requires an acute technical background of security integration. This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work effectively and independently.


  • Communicate with clients about the condition of their system and recommend upgrades to keep them current with latest security technology
  • Maintain and test multi security system for clients that have service contracts in place
  • Troubleshoot technics to determined what type of problem may exist and facilitate a corrective action to solve the problem
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Build positive relationship with clients and provide excellent service and support to customers
  • Responsible for onsite repairs, maintenance and scheduled test task
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine a proper solution for corrective action. Assist with service technician training to learn communication and troubleshoot skills
  • Attend customer appointments on time and complete work in a timely manner
  • Occasionally required to be on call or work late during emergencies or urgent projects
  • Drive a safe and responsibly and able to operate hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly
  • Adhere to codes and follow standards
  • Operate aerial work platform lifts, e.g. scissor, boom


Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Previous service experience would be requested
  • As well as certifications in some of the systems that we service on a regular basis, including but not limited to Lenel, Bosch, S2, CCure, ExacqVision, Milestone, Avigilon, AMAG, etc.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
