This early careers full-time finance internship position with mergers and acquisitions will be available starting in June 2026 **UnitedHealth Group is not able to offer visa sponsorship now or in the future for this position** As a M&A Analyst Intern, you'll join a team responsible for executing highly strategic acquisitions and investments to support the enterprise's overall mission. The role positions motivated students on dynamic, high-performing teams to develop critical thinking, sophisticated financial modeling, and extensive communication skills within an exciting and fast-paced work environment. As a Summer Analyst, you'll learn basic financial forecasting and business valuation expertise and develop tactical transaction management skills by participating in live transactions, while also learning about UHG's businesses and overall strategy.
