*Description* * Looking through borrowing documentations , Look at credit reports, bank statements, income, access, solve the issue, Calculating income, review assets - Review appraisals, Debt to income, etc. and make adjustments or changes to the loan accordingly * Perform complex data and document validation * Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines * Review and validate loan documents * Knowledge with all guidelines and understand Freddie and Fannie Mae guidelines , investor guidelines Onsite - 8AM - 5PM *Qualifications* * 2 years of experience within Loan processing * Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is and Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines * Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans * The experience must be recent and previous experience in Encompass is a plus. * Knowledge and experience with commercial lending, as well as FHA, VA, and consumer loans is a plus. *Skills* loan processor, encompass, credit report, loans, loan set up, base file, loan structure, mortgage, data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Looking for 2 years of RECENT loan processor experience * Credit experience, reviewing credit reports * Maybe jr. underwriter (looking at loans as qualifications) *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
