This position will be onsite (not remote) in our San Antonio, TX Office. ProDrivers, the largest nationwide company that helps Truck Drivers find Great Jobs, is actively looking for a Utilization Manager in Raleigh, NC Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for closely managing a roster of up to and/or at least 25-50 active drivers from a single or multiple branches in a similar region. Utilization Specialists are responsible for outbound recruiting efforts, hiring and placement of unassigned drivers on job openings to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent. Individuals in this role will help with onboarding orientations for all drivers being hired to their branch locations. This position is responsible for the high-quality filling of various positions of both CDL and Non CDL drivers and held accountable to meeting specific KPIs. This role is critical towards the retention and fit of drivers with clients as well as ensuring that drivers are actively supported by their respective branch locations. In addition to maintaining a healthy pipeline of new hires this role will be responsible for the retention and successful placement of our hires. Responsibilities:
