Clinical Pharmacist I About City of Hope Orange County City of Hope Orange County is transforming cancer treatment by bringing world-class expertise and specialized care closer to home. Supported by a regional network of care, our 11-acre academic cancer campus in Irvine is home to City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center, our outpatient cancer center, and Orange County's only cancer specialty hospital, opening in late 2025. The Clinical Pharmacist I is a licensed professional who provides safe and optimal comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Pharmacist I ensures federal, state, and local requirements, including all standards required by regulatory bodies such as The Joint Commission, are met. The Clinical Pharmacist I will perform medication management activities including analyzing, verification, monitoring, compounding, and dispensing. The Clinical Pharmacist I will serve as the medication management expert by providing accurate drug information to providers, nurses, and other clinical staff. The individual will supervise technicians during the shift and assist with training/education for pharmacy staff. It is expected that the Clinical Pharmacist I will collaborate with colleagues and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
