** AWS Lex for IVR voice bot development is a key skill **

  • - Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
  • - Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars
  • - Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
  • - Proficiency in calling APIs, Microservices and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
  • - Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
