You will be part of McKinsey's Advanced Industries practice based in Boston. As a member of Capabilities & Insights team, you will collaborate with our global consultants to conduct research and analysis on companies and trends in the industrial & electronics sector, e.g. machinery, robotics, automation, building technologies, and more. Your qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar required 2+ years of professional experience in the industrial sector, market research, and/or corporate strategy Experience in industrials, building technologies, automation, or related industries is not required but a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Very strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environment, and will colleagues at all levels in an organization Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills; Tableau, Alteryx is not required, but is a plus Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
