Case Manager - Recovery Court AllHealth Network is seeking qualified Case Managers to join our 18th Judicial District team of behavioral health service professionals. - Complete assessments to collect in-depth information about a client's unique situation and functioning to identify their individual needs.
- Provide interventions using measurement-based care.
- Assist clients in identifying goals and coordinating services and providers to meet those goals.
- Utilize professional judgment and critical thinking to assist the client is overcoming barriers to goal achievement.
- Act as a client advocate and liaison between internal and external providers, and community resources to seamlessly integrate and coordinate services.
- Provide clinical and coaching services that are consistent with the client's readiness to change and client engagement.
- Make referrals to community-based organizations and resources that are consistent with the identified needs in the plan of care and/or by the client.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Attend and participate in recovery courts to coordinate judicial services and treatment using the plan for care.
- Quickly evaluate the nature and severity of a crisis to determine appropriate interventions and support.
- Create individualized strategies to address immediate concerns, promote stabilization, and work toward long-term solutions.
- Acquire and maintain up-to-date information on resources applicable to immediate needs, such as (but not limited to):
- Severe weather resources, shelters, basic needs (food, clothing, etc.), behavioral Health programs (how to establish services, complete intakes, get on waiting lists, etc.), substance use resources, financial assistance, and housing resources
- Acquire and maintain working relationships with agencies clients interface with frequently, such as but not limited to:
- Hospitals, Detoxes, Police Departments, Walk-In Crisis Centers, Higher Level of Care facilities, Courts, Probation/Parole, and other behavioral health programs (their treatment team)
- Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related clinical field such as Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling
- Experience with criminal justice, law enforcements, and/or corrections preferred.
- Experience with criminogenic needs preferred
- Experience with individuals experiencing substance use disorders preferred
Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance. Skills/Knowledge:

Shift/Location: Monday - Friday Full-Time 18th Judicial District (Arapahoe County) Pay Rate: $23 - $26 an hour The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
