Job Summary

The Outlet Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the direction the day-to-day workflow of the outlet store while leading employees in the performance of their duties. This role assumes responsibility in the absence of the manager and assistant manager.



  • Making bank deposits, as required
  • Maintaining appropriate security of cash and keys
  • Leading personnel in the daily completion of job duties
  • Training new associates in procedures and standards, if requested or required
  • Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Ensuring quick placement of goods to the sales floor, adhering to stock rotation guidelines
  • Maintain communication with the salvage department throughout the day through all table rotation initiatives
  • Assisting with meeting sales numbers as set by divisional management
  • Ensuring loss prevention and process flow guidelines are followed
  • Ensuring merchandise is priced and sorted correctly and appropriate for the outlet customer
  • Ensuring all staff performs duties according to safety expectations and procedures
  • Ensuring the physical safety of the back room and sales floor
  • Communicating safety issues and concerns to ensure quick resolution
  • All other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
