1st Shift/Full-Time: Monday through Friday
With experience, make up to $74,054.40 per year.

Primary Responsibilities

Administers, maintains, monitors, and configures all aspects of the organization's computing and telecommunications systems including but not limited to all hardware, software, networking, and licensing utilized by the organization. Performs administrative, user support, and development tasks. Provides support-related functions for a Windows domain, multi-site hybrid cloud / on-premises environment, including Active Directory and M365 support, data backup and security, network, ERP, phone system, printing, email, and support of other systems as needed. Workstation and device configuration, hardware, software, and help desk support are also functions of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and maintain all hardware and software, making recommendations and appropriate implementation plans for strategic growth.
  • Perform administration and maintenance of the corporate servers and network.
  • Perform basic technical support of hardware and software and respond to employee requests for assistance in a timely manner.
  • Administer user accounts, security group membership, group policy, etc. in an Active Directory domain environment.
  • Assist in the management of the company's help desk ticketing system.
  • Train employees on basic technical issues involving PC operations or networking.
  • Maintain software licenses and ensure that the company is compliant with all software licensing requirements.
  • Secure company information from loss or compromise by utilizing suitable data backup, perimeter and endpoint protections, and by periodically auditing/testing their effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including self-imposed restrictions on the use of privileged access to data stores.
  • Create and maintain procedures and documentation for server, network, software, and hardware, including, but not limited to, configuration, topologies, security, back-up and archiving.
  • Utilize monitoring and alerting tools to stay informed about the current state of critical systems.
  • Gain a working knowledge of the ERP software utilized by the company in order to help support and troubleshoot infrastructure and integration related issues.
  • Responsiveness and availability to address "system down" and other high-priority issues. After-hours /on-call support required as needed.
  • Stays current with technology through industry publications and educational opportunities.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma and an associate's degree in a related field from a technical/trade school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience or training which demonstrates working knowledge of computer systems and client/server environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel as well as talk and hear.
  • Regularly is required to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance.
  • Regularly required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
