As a trusted advisor, the Senior BPC cultivates a collaborative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, actively collaborating with teams and clients to achieve mutual success. Using their expertise, they skillfully develop strategic roadmaps that outline a well-structured and incremental approach to process maturity, ensuring a smooth transition towards optimized operations. Through meticulous analysis, strategic guidance, and the establishment of performance metrics, the Senior BPC guarantees the seamless integration of standard processes, resulting in heightened efficiency, enhanced effectiveness, and sustainable growth for the organization. Additionally, the Senior Business Process Consultant takes on a secondary responsibility of providing functional support to the Business Development teams during pre-sales activities, using their expertise to assist in building tailored solutions that precisely align with client requirements. Qualifications, Certifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences CPDE (Required or equivalent) ITIL v3 or 4 (Required) Six Sigma (Desirable) Agile (Desirable) Prosci (Desirable) TOGAF (Desirable) SN Certifications & Experience: CSA, Business Process for Implementation 5+ years' experience Process development, Process management, and Process improvement 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow Applications will be accepted until 5/14/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
