Essential Job Duties
The Research Associate will be independent and responsible for tasks aiming to establish miRNomes of extracellular vesicles from dairy products under the guidance of a senior PI. This will include extracellular vesicle isolation, characterization of the isolated vesicles, extraction of the miRNAs, miRNAs sequencing and miRNA bioinformatic analyses. They will participate in the in-vitro the study on the effects of isolated vesicles and miRNA on intestinal cell. Moreover, the research associate may be involved as a collaborator in other ongoing projects under the general direction of a senior PI and could submitted grants as PI.
