*Location:* On site 2 days a week hybrid in Mt Laurel NJ or Wilmington DE
*Role:* Compliance Tester - Consumer lending *Top Skills' Details* * 3-5 years of regulatory compliance testing in consumer lending (mortgage, credit card, auto) * Experience Testing compliance law, rule and regulation testing * Experience with regulations such as FCRA, UDAAP, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), HMDA, TILA, ECOA, etc * Must have understanding around US consumer compliance regulations *Job Description* * This is for the consumer compliance and controls team. They run the gambit in terms of products such as Secured - mortgage, auto, credit cards. * These compliance testers will test loans and the environment to ensure they align with consumer regulatory laws like TILA, RESPA, UDAAP, FCRA, HMDA, ECOA. *Depth & Scope:* * 3+ years of experience in a compliance testing function specifically around consumer bank products such as Credit Card, Mortgage, etc. * Have to understand sampling methodologies * Must have experience doing outcomes based transactional testing - comparing documentation to data to make sure the bank complies to the regulation. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr.
