***Cadence Bank is Hiring a Solutions Architect! This is a remote position, but must sit within Cadence Bank's business footprint: MS, AL, GA, TX, OK, TN, MO, AR, LA, FL*** The Solutions Architect will plan, design and build IT architectural systems and solutions. This role will coordinate discovery of solutions, support capabilities design and requirements, transform requirements into architecture and design documents, and ensure Technology solutions to business needs are developed in accordance with the enterprise architecture roadmap, guidelines, and standards. Additionally this role will analyze the bank's application portfolios to create a technical roadmap plotting current and future systems, and also create documentation related to the technological infrastructure The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of the enterprise, the business, current capabilities and future needs, and proven experience in restructuring technology design and processes. As a part of the Technology Management team, this role will ideate, quantify, advocate for the value of, and drive adoption of technology solutions to integrate into the company strategy from the perspective of:
