Job Description Summary
As the Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in executing the company's strategy by delivering reliable financial analysis. You will assist in financial modeling and forecasting, as well as develop and perform standardized cost-benefit analyses to help prioritize projects. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.

Position Compensation Range:

$61,000.00 - $101,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Develop and perform standardized cost-benefit analysis to help prioritize projects.
  • Develop and maintain process to analyze in-flight projects for efficiency and budget adherence.
  • Partner with the product and marketing teams to maintain a rolling volume forecast
  • Assist with financial and operational reporting to management and other operating companies.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and support management across the organization.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of metrics/scorecards that measure the company's execution of its strategic focus areas.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
  • Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience performing financial and operational analysis.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.

Preferred experience:

  • 1 to 2 years in project finance evaluation
  • Experienced with financial concepts such as net present value, discount rates, discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, payback period, project Finance evaluation.

  • Up to 5%.

  • Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783.

Candidates may be eligible for relocation based on the needs of the role.
