As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects concurrently. Project work consists of managing the delivery and implementation of products and services sold by Mustang, while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and consistent with all safety requirements. Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Track progress, ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate meetings with customers, service providers (internal and external), and sales team, as needed
- This position will be called upon to perform additional tasks that are not specifically assigned to this position but are required for the success of the team
- Coordinate project resources and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members and customers
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings and ensure action items are completed
- Provide support and communications to customers and end users
Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate with others and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
