The Senior Manager Product Success is responsible for assisting our product managers and leaders in developing and executing strategies to enhance measurement capabilities of our products, focusing on better understanding usage and delivered value. This role will partner closely with product teams across the organization and broader organizational boundaries to develop these strategies. The Product Success Senior Manager is responsible for driving a successful step-change improvement in usage and value insights within our products, ensuring our product development efforts are informed by data and achieve maximum impact in our market.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a combination of software product knowledge, operational expertise, stakeholder consultation, user experience, and project management skills. They must also be a strong people influencer and driver for a shared future vision, collaborating and guiding the work of product managers, professional services, project teams, and implementation teams to ensure successful launches for our clients. The ability to execute is paramount, with an emphasis on shifting work processes and deliverables to align with best practices and ultimately build stronger products.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

Consultation & Influencing

  • Develop and execute product strategies to enhance measurement capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize dashboards and reports for actionable insights.


Measurement Best Practices

  • Guide product teams in using product insights to analyze user behavior and product performance, supporting decision-making, driving improved utilization, user satisfaction, and retiring underutilized features.


Product Reporting and Performance

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) with product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track usage and key performance metrics.
  • Measure and report on KPIs, and assist product teams in developing action plans for risks and issues. Establish and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with established procedures.


Change Management

  • Drive change and create team alignment, recognizing connection points across initiatives and calculating the impact on adoption. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to ongoing changes.
  • Advise departments on best practices for leveraging new technology based on user feedback and product knowledge, driving improved processes and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the rollout of new technologies and features, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to onsite and centralized operations.


Skill-Building

  • Partner with Product Operations and Analytics on training sessions and workshops to build team members' capability around product measurement. Leverage and adapt programs from the Enterprise Transformation Office.


Who You Are:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience with a minimum of 3 years working within or directly with product development/product management teams in developing and brining products to market. Will consider 12 years of overall experience with 3 years working within or directly with product teams in lieu of degree.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships across disciplines
  • Experience in data driven product management or support of data driven product management
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in operational and change management
  • Experience in customer expectation and relationship management
  • Experience in utilization of product analytics tools
  • Experience in using different testing methods (A/B, Multivariate, etc.) to drive decision making
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the office


Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or similar certification a plus
  • Pendo and/or Google Analytics


USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
