JOIN TEAM TRILOGY
Summary Maintains and manages aircraft(s) for the company to ensure that all maintenance and operational records are up-to-date to ensure safe operations. Manages all tasks related to managing the aircraft including insuring aircraft readiness, storage, operational issues and fuel purchasing. Duties and Responsibilities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Knowledge of: Theories and practices of the FAA and American Pilots Association for aviation safety. Principles and methods for describing the features of land, sea, air masses, including physical characteristics, locations, interrelationships and distribution of plant, animal and human life. Compliance with external regulatory agencies and organizations for all areas of responsibility. Skills in: Operation and control, including controlling operations of equipment or systems. Monitoring gauges, dials and/or other indicates to ensure the aircraft is working properly. Critical thinking and using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ongoing development of a servant leadership culture that strives to achieve the highest ethical standards. Organization with strong attention to detail. Ability to: Quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. Apply intensive and diversified evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard aircraft pilot techniques, procedures and criteria. Adapt to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts. Perform flights in day, night, and all weather conditions. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and identify and recommend solutions to problems. Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion. Review and analyze report information, while using critical thinking skills to evaluate data for regulatory compliance. Organize, prioritize and track multiple tasks with strong attention to efficiency and detail. Work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment. Provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner within a high-paced environment. Qualifications:
Certifications:
Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience as a pilot in a commercial, private or airline setting.
