The Manager, Employee Support is responsible for overseeing the Employee Support, Data Administration, and Employee Services teams, as well as HR Liaisons. This position ensures the delivery of excellent customer service and efficient management of employee-related processes.

What you will do:



  • Manage and lead the Team Lead, Employee Support; Team Lead, Data Administration; Team Lead, Employee Services; and HR Liaisons
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to all employees
  • Oversee the development and implementation of employee services policies and procedures
  • Support change initiatives by managing the adaptation of employee services to new business processes or policies, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of employee services
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to employee services
  • Develop and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness of employee services
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and service delivery
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, preferred CPHR designation
  • 8+ years of experience managing teams within an HR or employee services environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools including SuccessFactors, SAP and ServiceNow


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $87,000 - $161,500/annually.This range is estimated forManager, Human Resources Solution Center, Employee Supportin Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.Details will be discussed through the application process.
