Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager leads large-scale and complex projects. Leads large design teams for technically sophisticated projects among a diverse series of project types. The role involves client leadership and supports growth of regional S&T practice.

  • Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery
  • Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client
  • Successfully execute projects by following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution
  • Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships
  • Cultivate new client relationships through business development
  • Attend and participate in conferences and networking events
  • Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project team
  • Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals development

Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in large scale and complex projects
  • Degree architecture is required
  • Experience with multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects
  • Registered Architect preferred
  • Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes
  • Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and a working knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD
  • Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants
  • Confident with public speaking and networking
  • Excellent writing skills; and a strategic thinker
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Available for occasional travel within the US
