Staffmark is looking for a friendly, organized,
and professional Legal Receptionist to join our team in Monroe, LA. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone inquiries, you'll play a key role in maintaining office efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Apply today to advance your career!

Pay: $14 - $18/hr.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience, ideally in a legal setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
