Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex data management initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning Review and analyze multi-faceted data challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios Contribute to the resolution of complex data issues, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive data management initiatives forward Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education Advanced Product and/or Regulatory Reporting (FRY14Q) experience Banking and finance industry knowledge Commercial Lending product knowledge (Wells Fargo preferred, but Client experience acceptable) Understanding of risk management frameworks and control environments Experience working in Corporate Risk, Audit, or Independent Testing Strong understanding of regulatory compliance risk components Stakeholder management and collaboration across internal partners, management, and lines of business regarding risk management Experience reviewing and researching potential data defects, with the ability to escalate and resolve issues Moderate coding skills in SQL and Python Data governance and metadata management experience Proficiency in data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries Accounting reconciliation expertise Project management experience Pay Range: $52-62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
