Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial Management Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with experience in Workday Financial Management Workday Security Essentials and Workday Technical Reports. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our company's success and positively impact society.

• Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business requirements.
• Supervise the development and maintenance of Workday Security Essentials to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise in creating and managing Workday Technical Reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the seamless integration of Workday Financial Management with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and security reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations customizations and processes.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Workday standard processes and technical skills.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
• Solve resolve complex technical issues related to Workday Financial Management and Security.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches.
• Work closely with customers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• 8+ years of Workday experience including Finance Mgmt.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Workday Security Essentials to ensure robust data protection.
• Solid background in creating and managing Workday Technical Reports.

Experience in Finance and Accounting is highly desirable.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
