Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CPQ Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in SAP CPQ Integration and SAP CPQ Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is a plus. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

* Lead the integration of SAP CPQ systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

* Oversee the configuration of SAP CPQ to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.

* Provide technical expertise in SAP CPQ to support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CPQ solutions.

* Develop and maintain documentation for SAP CPQ configurations and integrations.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP CPQ implementations.

* Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

* Implement enhancements and updates to SAP CPQ systems to improve performance and user experience.

* Train and mentor junior developers on SAP CPQ best practices and technical skills.

* Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Utilize domain knowledge in Hi-Tech to tailor SAP CPQ solutions to industry-specific needs.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

* Must have extensive experience in SAP CPQ Integration and SAP CPQ Configuration.

* Should have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.

* Nice to have domain experience in the Hi-Tech industry.

* Should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

* Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Must be proactive in identifying and addressing system issues.

* Should have experience in mentoring and training junior developers.

* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

* Must be able to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Should be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

* Must have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/11/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 USD - $116,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
