Our Human Resources team is looking for a Global HR Business Partner to join our journey. We're seeking someone who will serve as primary HR Business Partner for all people, org, talent, C&B and L&D matters supporting Global Finance, IT, Corp Strategy and Global Alliances & Partnership Corporate Functions (CF), their leadership teams, and associates worldwide. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for working with the CFO, Chief Accounting Officer - Global Controller, Global Heads of FP&A, M&A, Tax, Treasury, Pricing, IT, Strategy, and Global Alliance leaders to translate between business priorities and people strategy objectives. In addition to supporting the CFO, this role routinely and directly interfaces with 12 Global SVPs to design and execute world class people strategies, programs and practices - ensuring strategies support Cognizant business needs, goals and objectives. A key responsibility includes balancing between strategic aims and their pragmatic application to create effective (workable) solutions to attract, engage, measure, recognize, reward, and retain the best global talent for these CFs. The HRBP must collaboratively operate across global geographic regions & countries, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and compliance with country requirements in partnership with country HRBPs, COE's + Corporate Function leaders. Apply now! Responsibilities * Strategy Clarity & Alignment o Translates business strategies into people and organizational priorities. Leads the discussion with the business leadership teams in applying and aligning people and organizational priorities with organization vision and execution, to achieve the business goals o Coordinate the relationship between the HR Function and the Corporate Functions unit, synthesizing HR inputs (e.g., from COEs, SS) to translate to function leaders through dotted line reporting relationships o Analyze-communicate KPIs & action plans consistent w/ scope of responsibilities * People and Process Management o Integrates and partners w/ HR colleagues in the Recruiting, TSC, Academy, C&B, Legal, Performance Management etc. Influences the creation and implementation of solutions to address business objectives o Actively use data and analytics to understand underlying people challenges. Builds, implements and manages initiatives to improve effectiveness of people practices
o Leads as an ambassador and role model of Cognizant's people policies and practices, both internally and externally, actively sharing knowledge with peers and team members - while helping elevate knowledge among all HR Associates Qualifications

Ability to Travel Required: Periodically as required Onsite Requirements: New York City, Hudson Yards office/Teaneck, NJ office - Hybrid Work Authorization * Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 28th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $129,600 - $206,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
