Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead with Excellence: Oversee clinical and non-clinical staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure top-notch care
  • Customer Service Champion: Guarantee that our patients and visitors receive courteous and prompt service
  • Effective Communicator: Share vital information with staff to enhance patient education and satisfaction
  • Quality Care Advocate: Review competencies, implement action plans, and maintain efficient workflows to improve care quality
  • Provider Support: Assist providers by preparing equipment, stocking rooms, and addressing patient concerns with clear documentation
  • Innovative Policy Maker: Develop and implement policies to boost patient satisfaction, reduce errors, and enhance care quality

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in a medical practice environment
  • 1+ years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Licensed in the state of New York


The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
