Job Overview

The Enterprise Business Process Manager partners with business leaders across various functions, external bottlers, and software solution partners to lead and influence efforts to explore, define, and implement new and improved business processes and technology solutions that support the company's strategic goals. The Enterprise Business Process Manager serves as a change agent and will model, lead, and coach internal stakeholders on the culture change necessary to support and sustain enterprise process transformation. The Enterprise Business Process Manager collaborates with external and internal partners to develop, design, and execute implementation and training plans for enterprise technology solutions. This role provides business support by assisting with solving complex functional and enterprise business problems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key business leaders and serves as a trusted business advisor to provide perspectives, insights, and strategic vision to leadership on critical enterprise strategic and operational initiatives
  • Leads, manages, and provides subject matter expertise to multiple enterprise change initiatives involving the design and implementation of new business processes, process improvements, business practices, or new technology solutions impacting the enterprise. This is doneby advising on initiative progress, status, and risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders and ensuring the successful execution of enterprise change initiatives, process development, and improvement utilizing process, project, and change management methodologies
  • Models, leads, and coaches internal stakeholders on the culture change necessary to support and sustain enterprise process transformation
  • Collaborates with and influences external bottlers and software partners while providing leadership in the design, development, enhancement, and testing of common technology solutions and ensuring knowledge transfer of the solutions to the business and IT
  • Provides functional business support to leaders in the organization to assist in identifying and solving routine problems and challenges with functional business processes

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Bottler industry, business enterprise knowledge, or specific functional experience
  • Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and bottling partners
  • Ability to understand the interdependencies of systems and processes
  • Ability to lead and influence without authority to drive change across the organization
  • Critical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Business process design and documentation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and projects
  • Excellent PC skills, SAP knowledge, Bottler specific applications, and process mapping tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4 years in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent)
  • Project Management Professional, Agile, Process Management, Six Sigma certification is preferred
