Job Summary

Are you ready to drive innovation and growth in the tech industry? As aReach Technology Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and seizing new business opportunities that align with our strategy. Collaborate with our R&D and marketing teams to craft and execute strategies that boost revenue and expand our market share. Your mission: to propel our company to new heights!

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to unlock profitable growth in emerging markets and applications.
  • Opportunity Hunter: Identify, prospect, and close new business deals, driving market penetration and expanding our reach.
  • Relationship Builder: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work seamlessly with various teams to develop and execute strategies that achieve our ambitious goals.
  • Market Analyst: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends, uncovering new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of success driving new business development.
  • Be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Be able to think strategically, creatively, and work well under pressure.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with the team while also demonstrating self-sufficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay for this position ranges from $102,920 up to $141,515 per hour depending on the geographic market.
  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package
