Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cencora Patient Services, LLC - Oversee and manage the finance department, including business fundamentals for global market development, business profitability, risk mitigation, and global compliance. Provide oversight of the organization's financial structure; ensure the execution of financial compliance policies. Drive business performance to drive Operating Income, Cash Flow, and Capital efficiency of the business. Present the Annual Plan and 5-year Long Range Plan to assist executive leadership with respect to decision-making on matters concerning profitability and operational optimization. #LI-DNI

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field and 8 years of experience in a managerial finance role for an international organization. Experience must include: establishing annual and long-range budgets and forecasts for a Business Unit, including Finance strategy implementation with new pricing models and contract's structure to support new operating model design and stabilizing profitability to return to growth; preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP; developing strategic operating plans, Annual Operating Plans, Budgets, and Forecasts; developing financial improvement programs with demonstrated cost reduction and profit enhancement, including implementation of monthly commercial bottom-up cycle (S&OP) to identify commercial opportunities; conducting financial management and oversight for tax, governance, treasury, accounts receivable, credit control, accounting, sales finance and financial planning and strategy for business units; using PowerBI/ThinkCell/EPM/SAP; providing financial leadership through due diligence and integration of acquisitions related to aligned business unit; implementing a zero-base budget for forecasting at the program/client level for staffing costs and Revenue using Vena solutions; performing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, including establishing internal controls, policies, procedures, preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite.
