We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice-President/Counsel to join our Global Markets and Treasury Services Team in our Legal Department. The attorney who fills this role will be expected to contribute as part of a larger team (located across BNY's U.S. offices) that advises our FX and Derivatives trading businesses. This position will focus on delivering effective legal support for revenue-generating activity, and implementation of strategic and regulatory change, for those business areas. A successful applicant will work closely with business colleagues to respond to their priorities and to support a growing and demanding business model. This role could be located in Lake Mary, FL, Pittsburgh PA or New York, NY. The role is hybrid but requires a commitment of in-office work 3-days per week. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $113,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. |
