Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TOSCA TestNG BDD Python Java Karate RestAssured ReadyAPI Playwright Cypress and Selenium. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Responsibilities Lead the quality assurance efforts for various software projects. Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Provide expertise in automated testing tools such as TOSCA TestNG and BDD. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python Java and other relevant languages. Implement and manage testing frameworks like Karate RestAssured and ReadyAPI. Utilize Playwright Cypress and Selenium for front-end testing. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Identify document and track defects and ensure their resolution. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance. Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in the team. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Contribute to the overall improvement of product quality and user satisfaction. Report on testing progress metrics and outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with automated testing tools such as TOSCA TestNG and BDD. Must be proficient in programming languages like Python and Java. Must have hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Karate RestAssured and ReadyAPI. Must be skilled in using Playwright Cypress and Selenium for front-end testing. Nice to have experience in Program Management. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Must be adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines. Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues. Must be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.
