Position Title: Fulfillment Lead

Fulfillment Lead Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing - Coordinate daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability - Implement and optimize fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors - Maintain quality control standards and ensure all shipments meet company guidelines - Train, mentor, and manage fulfillment team members, providing ongoing coaching and support - Collaborate with customer service to resolve order-related issues quickly and effectively - Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in the fulfillment area - Utilize fulfillment software and tracking systems to streamline operations and monitor performance - Analyze fulfillment data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Requirements for Fulfillment Lead: - Prior experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with fulfillment software and order management systems is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for tea and an understanding of the industry is a plus but not required QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
