Position Title: CNC Machinist
Wage: $18-$28/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a CNC Machinist for a company in Germantown, WI. This is an associate to hire role. CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Independently setup, program, and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills and other equipment - Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models - Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers, and dial calipers - Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications CNC Machinist Requirements: - 3+ years of machining experience - Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids - Good verbal and written communication skills - Excellent attendance and a positive, "can do" attitude - SolidWorks and/or Mastercam experience a plus - EDM experience a plus - Previous tool room experience a plus QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
