5-month Contract- beginning May 1st, 2025 intending to extend What You'll Do: * Develop & Execute Strategies: Build YouTube-focused influencer marketing campaigns that align with broader organizational goals, from ideation to execution. * Build Partnerships: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and creators who align with our brand's vision and messaging. * Contracting & Compliance: Manage partnership agreements, ensuring clarity in scope, budget, and FTC compliance. * Analyze Performance: Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness, delivering reports with actionable insights to continuously improve results. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, PR, social media, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. * Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on YouTube trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging content strategies. What We're Looking For: * Experience: 3-5 years in influencer marketing, with a focus on YouTube partnerships or broader content strategy. * Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. * Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns. Familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus. * Analytical Skills: Proficiency in YouTube analytics, influencer ROI measurement, and performance reporting. * Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of FTC guidelines and sponsored content compliance. * Adaptability: A proactive, innovative approach with a test-and-learn mindset. Nice-to-Haves: * Experience localizing influencer strategies for global markets. * Familiarity with paid content distribution networks and media publisher partnerships. * Experience with audio/podcast marketing or content writing for blogs.
