Inova Resource Management Center is looking for a dedicated Smart Square User Support Systems Administrator to join the Team. This role will be a full-time day-shift from Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm located in Fairfax, VA. The Smart Square User Support Systems Administrator provides ongoing software support and is the main contact for end-user system questions for Smart Square. Handles emails and phone calls, working with staffing and vendor technical support as needed. Manages monthly software releases, conducts testing, performs research, and creates custom reports. Provides end-user training and stay updated on new functionalities. Additionally, manages the implementation of new units and departments and often takes on extra roles within the organization. Smart Square User Support Systems Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Provides end-user support - includes software support and troubleshooting activities for all user groups
- Manages new and updated software functionality releases
- Maintains all system configurations to support optimal user experience
- Evaluates system configuration to resolve inaccuracies
- Creates custom reports utilizing the data extracted from the scheduling system report writer
- Serves as Technical Trainer and scheduling system subject matter expert
- Leads implementation training classes and design of ongoing training plan
Smart Square User Support Systems Administrator Additional Requirements:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required
- Experience: 4 years of experience in scheduling workflows, preferably in healthcare. Float Pool or Staffing Office resource, system administration of previous scheduling technologies experience. Efficient with workflow process design, and database/report writing.
Smart Square User Support Systems Administrator Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Smart Square preferred.
- Previous build experience with Smart Square preferred.
- Strong communication skills preferred.
