Digital Marketing Consultant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, analyzing, and measuring our digital marketing initiatives. You will develop strategies that align with both enterprise and regional objectives, ensuring relevance across digital channels and leveraging historical data for effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates digital content strategy, planning, creation, and editing exercising best practice in information architecture, taxonomy, metadata and SEO optimization

• Implements and measures digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEM, email, and CRM.

• Develops and executes digital marketing and social media strategies, focusing on strategic campaign management and visually compelling content.

• Monitors social media daily to engage with followers, respond to comments, and ensure social media engagement goals are met.

• Coordinates the research and selection process for new digital marketing vendors, managing day-to-day interactions.

• Uses reports and metrics to assess channel and campaign effectiveness, recommending and implementing changes as needed.

• Acts as the organization's expert in digital marketing, sharing best practices and facilitating ongoing learning and process improvement.

• Manages digital reputation, including reviews management and business listings maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required.

• 3-4 years of experience and expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms required. 5-7 years of demonstrated strategic planning, execution and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms preferred.

• Experience with a web content management system (Web CMS)

• Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

• Experience with writing for the web and other digital mediums highly preferred

• Remote Work Opportunity: This position is eligible for hybrid work. However, candidates must be residents of Wisconsin (WI), Iowa (IA), or Minnesota (MN) at the time of hire. Candidates are required to live within a reasonable driving distance to La Crosse or Green Bay, WI. This isnota fully remote position and will require some on-site presence.
