As a Director of Sales Operations, you oversee the day to day effectiveness and productivity of sales operations. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the overall strategy and direction for an assigned Sales Operations Team and collaborate with other functional leaders on various teams and departments.

The Director of Sales Operations serves as a strategic leader who leads a team responsible for the continued transformation and execution of our evolution as a department, ensuring that the sales organization is getting effective support.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Leadership in sales operations, business planning, or sales management (8+ years), Management experience (5+ years)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Skills: Communication, collaboration, attention to detail, organization, management , analytical
